But nice brush. in cleaning brushes

This comes in handy and helps to clean my mushrooms very well, but the wood needs attention - sanding and repeated oiling to get rid of the roughness.

Pros
  • I hold my fists
Cons
  • Sad device

The perfect mushroom brush that really works!

The bristles were hard enough to really clean the mushrooms without ripping them out by the stem. Also, the size and shape are easy to manage.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Almost everything included

Perfect little brush!

I bought this based on other people's reviews and I'm glad I did! This brush is incredibly good with fresh mushrooms. It's hard enough to scrape off the debris but soft enough not to tear the mushrooms apart at all. Love! πŸ„

  • Quick Replacement
Cons

The brush does a good job on mushrooms

I found it cleaned mushrooms very well which was the reason for my purchase. The quality of the wood panel was a bit poor and required several oil treatments as it was very porous.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • There is one negative

No more wet mushrooms

I hate wet mushrooms and the groom thinks all browns should come off the mush so this is perfect! I took a star because I would like the wooden part to be covered with something more waterproof - it's already a bit tough.

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • A few little things

I use it to clean my face. Works perfectly!

I use this facial cleanser as an exfoliating brush. My husbands grandma has been using the mushroom facial brush for years and she has amazing skin. I've been doing this for a while and love how my skin looks and plumps.

Pros
  • Durable Test Results
Cons
  • Nothing

Ideal for cleaning mushrooms!

This brush works exactly how I hoped it would. The bristles are long for flexibility but sturdy enough to get the job done without damaging the mushrooms. The bristles are very easy to clean with a little washing-up liquid. It might be a bit small for people with big hands, but it works great!

Pros
  • even old fashioned
Cons
  • clarity

Too coarse for most mushrooms!

While this may work if you're just eating regular mushrooms, most mushrooms (especially capped mushrooms, which actually need a good cleaning) will be ripped apart by one of them. The bristles are too hard. Unlike similarly designed brushes I've had in the past with extremely soft bristles. I give it 2 stars because I can clean under my nails with it quite well.

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Some little things

Nice little brush in a set Cleaning brushes

I've been dreaming of a mushroom brush for years and finally decided on this product. It does what it should and does it well. Others have complained that the wood can become "rough" after washing. Note that the wooden handle is untreated and the wood fibers will swell slightly when immersed in water. To minimize swelling I only treated the handle (not the bristles) with a small amount of MINERAL OIL on a paper towel. Vegetable or olive oils should not be used as they can become rancid and…
