I love that it has so many different ways to get feedback from your customers! The most interesting thing about this tool is that it has an option to add your website in its database which helps you get more traffic from search engines. It's free so there no harm if you try it once or twice for getting some idea about how useful it can be. The customer support team is very responsive to our questions! They are always willing to help us out with any question or issue we have (even if it's not related directly to their product). I feel like they really care about what customers think; when you're in need of some assistance figuring something complicated that can be tricky for even an expert user - chances are good someone will jump right into helping resolve your problem so quickly there won't ever actually BE anything wrong at all

I love that this software is not only able to find your competitor's keywords but also provides suggestions for how you can rank better in google! This helps me with my keyword research by finding new phrases to target instead of just repeating what comes up when using other tools like KeywordTool or Google itself.
