TASTE TOO LIGHT BUT BCAA GOOD DOSAGE!

I didn't really like the taste of this BCAA Curivate. It wasn't bad at all, but the taste of the blue raspberry lemonade was too light on the palate. There was just no blue raspberry, no lemonade flavor. The BCAAs themselves are well dosed in a typical ratio of 2:1:1. It mixes well with 8 ounces of water. The price is about average for a well dosed flavored BCAA product with 30 servings. What made me scratch my head was why only 50mg of coconut water was added? Put at least 500mg in it! Aโ€ฆ

Sugar free and delicious! The lemonade part goes really well with the blue raspberry flavor

Love this flavor! The packaging opened easily and closed tightly and easily. Inside is a small scoop to help you determine how much to use for each serving. I just had to shake my bag a little to find it. I used one scoop for about 8 ounces of water as directed. The product mixes easily in very cold water from the fridge, stirring quickly creates a whirlpool effect. Many of the powders in these drinks are difficult to dissolve and stick together too much, but this one was good when mixedโ€ฆ

Taste is ok. The ingredient list looks great

I am a strong believer in the power of BCAAs when used as a recovery aid. I've tried them in many forms over the past two years, but this single scoop method seems to be the most effective delivery system. with a 15-day supply if you're taking two scoops a day), the lab data on their website seems reasonable. In my own experience, I have not noticed any negative side effects. The taste is pleasant, but not outstanding. I'd rather dilute this mix on 16 ounces of water and ice than the 8 ouncesโ€ฆ
