I didn't know what to expect when it arrived. I was positively surprised. The 1/4" thickness is accurate and matches my rug perfectly. The grip on the underside is VERY 'tenacious'. This rug doesn't slip anywhere, so if you place furniture on it, make sure the padding is on is in the right place and overall I'm very happy with it.

I was hoping it would be thicker. There wasn't much information that I could find based on other people's reviews, but for the price I couldn't beat it. It helps someone under a thin rug, but I'd like a thicker one. Due to the size (8x10) and weight I don't think the pad/dots are needed to hold it in place. I wish it was thicker but I couldn't find thicker.

Works well under our new rug on hardwood floors. The carpet is fixed under the furniture, so no attention has been paid to the non-slip elements that can damage the wooden floors. The only downside is that I had to cut the lining and followed the non-slip dots as a cutting guide, only to find they weren't square and had crooked lines.

This is the fourth blanket I have ordered. Last month I ordered three 5' x 7' sizes for my 3 bedrooms. This is the right thickness for my rugs. I ordered some thicker pads from Costco but they were too thick so I sent them back. This is easy to trim. Will definitely order again when ready to replace other rugs in the home.

We have parquet, tiles and laminate in our house. I have tried so many different types of non slip pads but this product is the best. According to your needs, it can be used with the convex side facing the floor or carpet. Absolutely non-slip, even when cats walk around the house and push off the carpets.

It's hard to call it a rug because it's a thin piece of felt with rubber studs on one side. If I had known there were much better pads for a few bucks more, I would have sent them back. I bought real carpet mats and now I have to figure out what to do with this huge piece of felt.

Ordered mat 8X10. Approximately 1/8 thick with small white gum dots (?) on the back. Use double-sided carpet tape to attach the top and right sides, then trim off excess tape to conform to the carpet. The long side is easy because the dots line up. The cushion fits perfectly under my 7ft 9" x 10ft jute rug.
