High quality fabric and roller mechanism. The order process is precise and the seller does everything in their power to assure accuracy. Yes, they are pricey but so is anything custom made.Our only concern (not really a complaint) is the amount of effort required to roll them up and down. Our shades are long (73”) and require a lot (a lot!) of turns of the crank arm which hinges at a few points and can be awkward to use.Overall we are very pleased. I bought this blind for my mom, she lives in an apartment and had a creepy neighbor that like to stare into her apartment. Not any more! I hung the blind off the neighbors deck and it fits perfect! This blind is awesome! You can't see threw it at all. If you want a complete black out blind, this is the one you should buy. It has made my mom a very happy lady! Best Christmas gift ever!

Great custom sized outdoor blind to provide sun protection! I have a tiny house with lots of windows and needed extra sun protection for bedroom, this company provides great color selection (this one is their light grey and really pretty), they custom fit to your window/how you need to mount it, and super simple instructions to follow. When you place your order, they get in contact with you quickly to double check your measurements and fitment requirements. They ensure you are accounting for width of the roller hardware, which end you want the crank on, etc. Pretty easy installation, at least in my install situation. Looks good and blocks the intense Florida Sun as was desired. Material , hardware and finish all seem top notch. Only time will tell how durable it all is.

Does the job of blocking the direct sun out and still be able to see thru it at the same time. Easy to install but I wish they could offer a larger width size. Easy to install and product seems well made not too thin the shade which is good for exterior use. Only complaint is the roll down mechanism rod is a bit cumbersome and had to unwind the shade to the down position by hand directly at the knob

The.product arrived as promised, was not difficult to install. It works as it should for a manual-crank sun screen and wind block on our patio. But, our caution is that it is PRICEY. If that is no concern, pull the trigger.

We love our new shade. It keeps the west sun from our top window above our front door and also will go lower to keep our door from fading. Great quality product and customer service. I ordered the wrong length crank the first time and they were great to help in getting a longer crank.

The last couple hours of the day on our lanai can be brutal during the warmer months as the side faces west. These were exactly what we needed. Responsive seller who doubled checked to make sure the measurements were correct, quicker can expected delivery, and easy to install.

Shade does not stay in position.will suddenly wind down. As a result, my screen is now torn in places. I tried hard to make it work, but do not recommend.
