So far so good. We use this runner directly in our backyard sliding door. We've had it for a few months now and so far it's holding up very well. Very easy to clean and lies perfectly flat on the floor.

Excellent customer service. I've used my carpet cleaner in it a few times and it's been ok. Don't think this is a quality runner. I used for my old dog who slipped on the wooden floor. She had 4 runners so she could go all around. It worked for that. I rolled it up when it died and I don't know if I'll ever use it again.

Great patio doormat. We have a dog door in the wall next to the patio door and this rug runs the full length of the patio door plus in front of the dog door. Does a great job wiping the dogs paws as they come in and it's a great soft spot to get up and towel dry when we exit the hot tub on the patio. Does not slip on our parquet floors.

The only reason I give four stars is that they sent me two different sizes when I ordered the same size. I had difficulty making a claim which was not my experience with previous products and had to arrange a full refund and a new order. Bought this clothes rail. I wanted a rug that would look clean, stand up to heavy use in the toilet, not pill like wool, and be a stain-resistant material. It's nice and thin and the rubber backing keeps it securely in place. It's also easy to vacuum and won't soak it up. Synthetic is soft to walk barefoot on and I find it resists stains well as it's not a natural fiber or rayon. If I ever need to clean it, I'm sure a wash with a light detergent from a hose and hanging to dry will do the trick.
