Good product, poor shipping, difficult to return
The only reason I give four stars is that they sent me two different sizes when I ordered the same size. I had difficulty making a claim which was not my experience with previous products and had to arrange a full refund and a new order. I immediately repackaged and sent them back, reordered new ones and haven't had a refund for almost a month. In addition to human error, the workmanship of carpets is beautiful. They are very thin and don't pick up a lot of dirt. You can clearly see when they need to be vacuumed or shaken out.
