The pin next to the clasp just disappeared. That really disappointed him. I will receive a refund and will not recommend this product to anyone.

I ordered this watch after ordering another one from another supplier and it was defective. This watch is flawless. It wears very well and what I like best is its weight. I can't wear heavy jewelry and this is perfect. I really liked the included tool for changing links. I've even used it on my other watches although they are a bit flimsy.

I really liked the engraving on the watch, the color of the tree, all wonderful. I gave it to my boyfriend and he was delighted too. He wore them all the time but carefully removed them when washing his hands, showering, washing dishes, etc. However, the watch broke on a link that seemed impossible to replace, and he may no longer be able to wear it. We're both very upset about that. I would not recommend this to others.
