Disappointed in quality. The edges are not sanded. I'd rather have a professional quality breadboard than a knife. The ends of the grated tray are rough, I'm afraid of getting a splinter.

Perfect time! I just baked 2 loaves today and it was delivered on time for a test run! Exactly what I wanted and the knife was a great bonus! Bamboo is not very durable, but it is eco-friendly and sustainable!

We eat a lot of baguette bread and it makes a mess with all the crumbs that fall off when we cut it. With this cutting board, the crumbs fall into the bowl and are very difficult to clean up. The tray comes with a sharp serrated knife and is well made. Bamboo Finish - Great feel and stylish look.

I love a bamboo cutting board. We always buttered toast or sliced bread on a glass cutting board with crumbs all over it. This board was a game changer: no more crumbs on our counter, and with a bread knife it was light and clean. Look up bread snob in the dictionary and you will find me, not a wonderful bread found only in freshly baked French and Italian breads. As beautiful as the bread was, I kneaded it into a flat shape. That was until I bought a bamboo bread cutting board. Very well made, easy to clean, great that the knife is hidden. I love this item and can't imagine how I lived without it before.

The Bamboo Breadboard is a beautiful, well-made product that is a joy to use. Uniquely, the tray catches the crumbs and the knife is stored inside the board. The knife is effective as it cuts bread easily. The manufacturer has also designed it to minimize storage space. Although the products are not machine washable, they are easy to hand wash. This will be a great present.

I really like this cutting board. I actually use it every week, it's easy to clean and looks really stylish in the kitchen. It's handy because it has a built in knife and converts into a tray so I can distribute bread to the family, of course it takes up all the mess of cutting. It was a great price and I took it to a local shop to have it personalized (bamboo wood is so easy to engrave) and it ended up being a great value. Highly recommended - thanks for a great product.

We recently started baking our own bread. We felt we needed a good board to use, serve and display bread on the dining table and we didn't want to use our old regular chopping boards and meat/paring knives. This is such a great piece, good size and the two parts I love about this board are the breadcrumb trap and the MATCHING sharp knife that comes with it. It was a great table talk with our guest. It is of good quality, easy to clean and a pleasure to use as a serving tray when the top is off.
