Good product! Exactly what I was looking for!

Bought this as an alternative to our main surge protector which was on the floor and had all the cables connected to my 2 desktops. I work from home and work a lot with creative software. My dog loves to hang out under my desk and I always worry that one day she will hit the switch on the surge protector and I'll lose all my work. This product gives serious relief to the mind. I no longer have to worry about it and my dog can sit comfortably under my table. Love the swivel feature, it's very…

They look beautiful and still leave the top outlet free when you are.

I ordered 2 of these for outlets where I charge my iPad and phones. They look nice and still leave the top outlet free when you put them in the bottom one. There is a light which I think indicates you have been electrocuted. I protect my computer etc with more powerful network filters since I live in Florida. That seemed like a good idea as I didn't want any of my devices to fail due to a lightning strike or power surge. They seem to be good quality for the money. They were a bit difficult to…

Meets Basic Purposes

This product serves a very "basic" need; However, you can just use conventional plugs (e.g. a small appliance, light fixture, etc.). If you have a different type of plug (e.g. an adapter on an answering machine), you can only use two of the three sockets, since the third socket will be "hidden". extremely difficult to "connect" (for lack of better words).

Pros
  • Good Shape
Cons
  • Makes Angry

Excellent protection at a good price

We've had intermittent surges and blackouts recently due to the failure of a utility wire leading to our home. We lost several devices and other items due to voltage issues. Luckily, the utility covered most of our $4,000 loss since the problem was with their hardware. However, our computers and HDTVs were protected by surge protectors that "gave their lives" to power surges, but protected the electronics the way you hoped! I've bought several spare protectors including these CyberPower modules

Works great, but interferes with the sensitive Powerline network.

Works well and is very accessible. I use a powerline network (TP-Link series) in my house to connect WiFi to our basement and have found that this device cannot be placed "upstream" of powerline network devices without causing interference . Once this surge protector was plugged into an outlet further down the circuit (meaning not between sensitive network devices), interference was no longer an issue. To be clear, I do not connect powerline adapters directly to this product.

  • understandable even for the old

  • Some difficulties

Affordable power line protection for TV or other electronics

I had several CyberPower surge protection cubes with one outlet and they worked fine, so I bought this model for my TV where I needed two outlets - one for the TV and one for the soundbar. It was very cheap and works great. I love that it has a green LED to show everything is ok. There is no strong lightning where I live, but now I don't have to worry about an "impact" that will turn off my TVs. That's all, it's a simple fix, it works well and I've never had a crash behind a CyberPower unit. As

It was a good decision. I bought this one because I.

My problem was that with limited space behind furniture and no desire to use an extension cord this was a good solution. I bought this because I'm also familiar with CyberPower battery backup for my computer. This is a nice compact design with 6 rotating sockets in addition to the surge protection. My only issue with this product is that when there's no furniture pressing it against a (freestanding) wall, the whole thing is leaning on it.

Pros
  • Regular price
Cons
  • Not everything fits

Same connector spacing as standard triple adapter plate.

I wish I could say it works great but without power surges I wouldn't know. I hope I never have to find out! I bought this for a new subwoofer I was making for my home theater and I wanted the top output to remain open. For its purpose it works as expected. I'm not sure what all the complaints about the sockets being too close together are about as it's identical to one of those three socket extension poles you buy at your local big department store. Due to the width of this item it seems…
