🏍️ Cycra Probend CRM Handguards - 7/8" Handlebar - Black Review

These are the best handguards you can buy. I've taken a few bad falls and hit trees and these things fail. They're a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

These are not just screws on the second handlebar of my DL650. As well as the Cycras on my DRZ400S. A slight bend at the ends to fit inwards with clamps and a spacer to the steering wheel. Need a vise.

Installed them on my Honda crf450l they are dam strong! Fits perfectly, additional mounting hardware comes to you with no weird bends. I have a similar version on my dr650s. The best ratio of price and quality!

Looks good on a bike. It is necessary to modify the spacer under the handlebars of the Honda CB500X. It widens near the clamp. Tried the Cycra handguard on a different bike. I trust completely. I will buy again for every motorcycle.

These handguards look very nice. The Cycra website tells them that the DRZ400S is among the bikes that suit them. These guards will NOT fit standard DRZ400S handlebars. They're just too long. Installing them requires either moving the speedometer and key switch, or purchasing an additional triple clamp mount from Cycra for about $40. Installation will be a huge pain! There should be 6 plastic pad washers, I have 2. Get them and proceed to check. Also, the threads in the aluminum levers are too tight, I was afraid the bolts would break. Update - went and bought #8-32 x 3/4" bolts with nut, washers and lock washers to replace the sketchy bolts. Much better solution than regular bolts. And they are difficult on a 2018 KLX Pro Taper handlebar to mess with fairly long standard levers.The brake fluid gets in the way too.I installed it but it was a bit of…

I received 2 left hand mounting brackets in my shipment. A phone call to the company and a few days later - I have the right fasteners. Excellent corporate service. The aluminum cover is strong and protects our dual sport bikes very well. The throttle side still needs adjustment as the throttle sticks a bit. The Cycra handcuffs have nice features that other handguards don't have. First, it's a nice flex that gives your hands and fingers plenty of room and is compatible with fairly long brake and clutch levers. There are also replaceable rubber "eyelets" at the ends of the guards. So if they get snapped by a few accidents, you can replace them for just $10.
