🌡️ Cylewet CYT1064 Thermistor Temperature Printer Review

Looks like a good product but I didn't read the description. I needed long wires, they had short wires, but that's my fault, so I'm keeping them to myself and figuring out how to use them

Fixed a faulty thermistor on my Prusa i3 3D printer. I have no way of verifying the accuracy, but the printer is working fine, so I'm assuming the accuracy is decent.

I needed a replacement due to broken wires on the original thermistor. Robo 3d R1+ creates a voltage point where the thermistor enters the brass body. The solution was to order their kit from Robo for less than shipping parts. After making sure it gave reasonable readings (tested with a hair dryer) I reamed the case and fitted with JB welding. Instead of using plastic tubing, which caused the break in the first place, I used JB welding to reinforce all the joints. It is now strong enough to…
