Candle holder for beginners

I made my first candle. It wasn't perfect, but it wasn't bad either. 2nd was better and 3rd was perfect. I will do more in the years to come. I probably should have bought the full starter kit but overall very satisfied and will be buying more accessories from this company.

Pros
  • impressive
Cons
  • boring packaging

Good shape!

Excellent shape for candles. I use soy wax so it was a bit difficult to get hold of, but follow directions, place in freezer for 15 minutes before using. Also, someone said to use coconut oil to make it easier to get out, which definitely helped. I also had to use a hair dryer to fluff it up a bit and then put it back in the freezer and it came out with absolutely no problem. I'd recommend this, but be sure to use some of these tips if using soy.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Difficult to insert the wick but great shape!

So this is my first time making candles, I reused the old wax I had from other candles. In the reviews I saw that people had trouble getting candles so I read the list more. If you follow the directions to freeze the mold for 15 minutes before pouring the wax, the candle should pop out once it hardens. I really like this shape, I only have two problems: the wick is difficult to insert and I had to cut out the plastic. shavings out of shape when I first got them; and that the ground is uneven…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • No automatic
