First the direction says the washers need to be placed inside and this indicates the spots. The set includes 2 white washers (probably extra) and one orange washer. It wasn't clear where to put the orange, I opened the quick connector and saw an already orange washer inside which was confusing so I didn't place it as directed in the instructions. Fast connection is very difficult to establish. Mine took me 30 minutes to complete this simple task and hopefully I won't have to take it off again.

Works as advertised. I don't spend a lot of money on those little Sodastream tanks anymore. Thanks to whoever designed this wonderful machine. I got a large 20 lb CO2 tank (food grade) from the local supply company Airgas, so I can refill this beast for $26 if it runs out in 6 months or a year depending on how much CO2 I consume, compared to the exchange value of $14.99 for a small soda. Flow tanks that would last me a few weeks at best. Yes, I drink a lot of mineral water. :)

This hose connects very easily to my Sodastream machine. This hose works as advertised. My Sodastream is a bit grubby from using a CO2 paintball tank adapter. So the threads of my soda stream aren't perfect. I've read mixed reviews of this adapter/hose set. I've looked at others with stainless lines but they are significantly more expensive. I've decided to give it a go and I'm thrilled.
