I like that this is an online platform for training with realistic scenarios of cyber incidents, from my home or office as well as in any location where there's internet access! The support team can be very responsive if you have questions throughout your session (which are frequent!). Sometimes it takes awhile to load into certain devices/browsers though which makes finding something at times difficult while still having our instructor available via chat when we need help troubleshooting. It is great to be able simulate different scenarios in order for us as security professionals, or even non technical users like myself can understand how cyber attacks work so that we are better equipped when it comes time implement solutions!
