UPDATE: I bought these in June and posted them on August 2nd. The velcro is broken, half on the boot, half off, like it's melted, very strange. As an American, I don't like buying Chinese brands if I can avoid it. But the simple fact is that many Chinese brands are now making QUALITY products that rival or even surpass similar American brands, and yet they're still cheaper. These shoes fall into this category. My 3 year old doesn't want to bother putting shoes on and off. You are perfect. He can do it himself and is light enough to be fast. Although I don't condone it, he can even take them off without undoing the velcro. He's been wearing them non-stop since we got them a month ago and so far they're holding up well.
