makes slime very soft and supple

My daughter really liked this tone. Before I bought her Crayola Modeling Clay last night she let me feel the difference and gushed that Daiso Clay was TONS better and that I should keep buying it. Of course, this made her mucus softer and more elastic than harder and "tighter," for lack of a better word.

Cons
  • thin

This clay is very soft and is great for slime

I bought this item for my kids to mix with slime to create soft or oily slime as it is called. This clay is very soft and is great for slime. My only complaint was the smell of clay. The smell was a bit off, but once it mixed with the mucus it was ok. We added a few drops of flavoring to the slime and had no problem getting the clay to interact with it. I recommend this product to everyone.

Good light clay!

I have a lot of experience with clay. This one is very soft and light, but I had some issues with crumbling. It took a lot of practice and patience to mold, but it's very easy to put the pieces together with water. I plan to use this clay to make lightweight cabochons for phone cases. At only $4 a pack, that's a great price considering I bought a pack of clay for $15 and it didn't work at all! Very impressed with that. I used it to create a small photo of a sleeping Pokemon!

LIGHT AND FLUFFY SLIME (RECIPE INCLUDED)

MAKES THE BEST SLIME! Very light and fluffy, here is the recipe I use (thanks later) 1 cup glue 1/2 cup shaving cream 1 tablespoon lotion (about 20 drops) liquid watercolor 12-16 teaspoons liquid starch (2 at a time) 1 individually wrapped Daiso Clay blockITS SO LIGHT AND FLUFFY! The lightness of this slime will decrease the more you play with it. So if you only play with it occasionally, it will last longer. You may need to add a very small amount of liquid starch when you return to your slime

Pros
  • Clay Extruders, Mixers & Presses
Cons
  • Stringy

My 6 year old daughter loves these things

My 6 year old daughter loves these things very much. I don't know why, but she knows, as do all of her cousins and friends. They use it to mix the slime they make. Again, I don't quite understand the slime-making craze, but if your kids are into it, this stuff obviously makes the slime "fluffier". They also paint it with markers and just build something out of it, like Play Doh plasticine. It stays soft and pliable for some time, but like Play Doh, it dries out and hardens if left for a long…

Pros
  • Arts, crafts and sewing
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
