DALSTRONG did it again

Another home run from DALSTRONG! The knife is everything they claim. Yesterday I used it to trim the chest. The knife was great. Keep it up DALSTRONG!

Beautiful knife in Carving Knives & Forks

As always, Dalstrong shines with this new Beast of the Knife. It's gorgeous, super functional, sharp as can be, and a real winner. I will use it with grilled meats, both on the grill and indoors when it's time to chop. If you are looking for a knife like this, look no further.

Call the internal pitmaster.

As a hobby animal master, I'm always on the lookout for a sharp knife and all-purpose tool for working with meat slices. I never thought I would find an all in one solution. Like all Dalstrong knives, the blade is surgical and the knife itself is a work of art. I have over 35 knives from the Dalstrong families and I love them all.

Pros
  • Consistent Test Results
Cons
  • Weak Set

This knife is bad $$

This is my new favorite knife. I have a couple of Dalstrong blades but this one breaks with the mold! Its unique design, sharp blade and forked tip make it one of the best in my collection. In addition, the large curved blade makes it an excellent carving knife. Plus a bottle opener on top!?!?! Forget! Can't recommend this bad boy enough!

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Doubtful

Seriously cool! in kitchen and dining room

I bought this knife to add to my growing collection of DALSstrong knives. Like all others, this is a sharp, durable, full-stock forged knife with serious gadget value. Feels great in hand. I was a little worried about the tips of the forks, but after a few crickets they stood up fine. The bottle opener is an added bonus. And of course, as with all their knives, the packaging is beautiful so it would make a great gift.

  • Complete set
Cons

ALMOST DA good for carving knives

Wish the knife blade base was a little heavier/thicker. The tip of the blade had too many curves for my liking. I had to bend the tip back into shape after lifting the rib rack to flip it over. I don't think it's heavier than 2 pounds for meat. The blade was insanely sharp, cutting through the gristle of the ribs. Maybe I should have used a Dalstrong Impaler fork to lift a bunch of ribs.

Pros
  • Kitchen & Dining
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Dalstrong Grilling Knife Pitmaster

Years ago I had a similar knife that I found very useful when grilling until the tip of the fork broke. I know some people think the forked tip might be a gimmick, but I think it works really well. I can easily turn flank steaks or chicken breasts. And the knife is an exceptionally good slicer. I have several other Dalstrong knives and they are very sharp and well made. As for the cap/bottle opener lifter, I haven't used it but looks like it will do the job. I have no regrets buying this knife…

Nice to look at. dangerous to use.

So. This thing is Dalstrong, but it doesn't live up to the title. As stated in several reviews. The forks at the knife tip are tricks and incredibly thin. The blade itself is perfectly balanced and cuts like an animal. but speak directly. This thing is not safe to use as a bottle opener or skewer. Nice to look at, but overall a waste of money. Trust me when I tell you. I'm surprised they still sell this item. You're lucky if you don't pierce yourself or a loved one when you open the bottles…
