I love this knife! Greener Chef cutting boards are always nice and we have given them away many times because we all love them. This knife is beautiful and of very good quality. It just made working with spaghetti squash easier the other day! Only the sheath was a bit disappointing. The pen fell off and I had to get it out. I am sure that one day it will be completely lost.

I ordered this a while ago and was waiting to use it for Thanksgiving. The knife is very sharp and cuts the turkey beautifully! I've also used it to chop veggies and it was a breeze! I have been using Greener Chef products, particularly the cutting board, for over two years and this knife is another great example of their quality products. The weight is perfect and the sharpness makes cutting a breeze. As someone who has used relatively good but cheap knives for most of his life, this knife was a wake-up call for me that a good knife is worth buying. I've always had kutko knives, my chef knife broke and I sent it in for repair, it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten it back.
