I've always had kutko knives, my chef knife broke and I sent it in for repair, it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten it back. I went to Amazon looking for a new cutting board but saw this one so I said why not, I might as well have 2 chef's knives while I cook! Received today even though I only ordered yesterday! And I can tell you, in my honest opinion, it's BETTER than Cutco. I'm also shocked at the quality for this price! I cut the zucchini and they didn't even stick to the knife but immediately fell off. The knife has little bulges on the sides and I think that helps keep things from sticking. That's what it says in the description. To be honest I didn't even read the specs/description. But I can say that this is the best knife I've ever had :) Thanks for such a great product!
