This is the best callus file I've found. It turns your hardened calluses into dust. I have previously purchased a Germanikure crystal callus file and it has worked well. I love it! It does a fantastic job of making my legs smooth with no pain. And I think when it's made of glass it lasts longer than other products that peel off and get stuck on dry skin making it less effective. It's amazing my feet are so soft

So maybe from an ergonomic point of view it could be improved, it's quite small and I think it could be modified to make it lighter to hold. However, I would also say that this is not for people with a lot of dead skin. It's like 200 grit (fine/finish) sandpaper.
