After reading the reviews I was hooked. Only to find what I shouldn't have found! My daughter wears a child size 2.5 so I took 3.5 and they were too big. She can wear them only by wearing slippers. Better too big than too small I think. Everything else looks good so far. She wore them to her dance class and no problem. In general I would say in size.

These shoes are fantastic for my little one. I appreciate that they are half sizes because my 4 year old's feet were too big for an 11 but too small for a 12.

These shoes are perfect for my daughter's dance class. Fit perfectly, shipped quickly. I had to increase the size after reading the comments and they fit just right.

The shoe brand is not specified. I specially ordered these shoes because I needed the dance class shoes as we use this type of shoes. I took the previous one size up because I knew the shoes/style would fit, but these shoes have an annoying bulge on the back of the heel and are way too big.

These slippers are perfect for my 3 year old. With the Velcro, she can easily put these shoes on and take them off herself. Works perfectly as desired! Would buy again!

My daughter has a skyscraper. I usually have to buy wide shoes to make room for them. They were great and didn't pinch the top of her foot.

These are beautiful tap shoes but I just bought these for my daughter who loves making noise on our floors with her shoes and thought they would be perfect. They are VERY slippery so be careful when wearing them.

My 3 year old is very independent. While all the dancers leave the classroom for her mother to change her shoes, she insists on staying at home and making the transition from ballet to tap dancing herself. I needed something light. That was excellent. I purposely took a larger size because I wanted her to wear it longer. They don't fall and do their job. Love it!

Very upset - we bought these for the upcoming national competitions and the old ones will be worn until they fit - I was so busy at Christmas that I noticed. But now it is too late! I understand we never got her to us 😫 so upset.

My toddler loves this! They are true to size for their normal shoes, there is a bit of room to grow but plenty for me. I like a thong instead of a bow tie for convenience

These tap shoes are great for my 5 year old. She can put them on and take them off herself so her teacher doesn't have to tie billions of shoes. They fit well and don't hurt my feet. This is our second year with these shoes. I recommend the tap for your child to start with.

If your girlfriend dances, you know how difficult it is to put on tap shoes. Well, these tap shoes are very easy for kids! I've had to help many times! Thanks to the light straps, it will be much easier for her to put them on, fasten them and start dancing!

We originally bought these for our 4 year old daughter and loved them so much we bought the same shoes for our 2 year old daughter when she started ballet/tap dancing. Very cute and comfortable for kids. I tend to rate things like this to allow them to grow into them, so no fitment issue in our experience!
