Type of review

i ordered an 8.5 because i wear a 9 in street shoe and i have wide feet, but they are open toe which usually puts me at 8 or 8.5. they are a little narrow in the toe box for my feet but the length is perfect (9.75" foot, heel to longest toe). i'd imagine they will stretch in no time so i'm not worried. look as pictured. seem goos quality.

Pros
  • Muy bonitos pero la suela no es como esperaba
Cons
  • One of the shoes was missing a buckle

I had left a review that was not 5 stars on these shoes and I do not see it posted on this page any more. I am writing this because they are not like any of the reviews that I had read which lead me to buying the shoes and I wanted to prevent anyone else from falling for the false advertising. Since my review was posted I have received multiple emails, text messages, phone calls, and even contacted me on a social media app asking me to please change my review to 5 stars and they would give me a

Pros
  • Not used to feeling straps under toe box.
Cons
  • Overpriced for what you're getting

These are great shoes to practice in

These are great shoes to practice in! They are comfortable and look nice! Hey aren't the highest quality shoe, but they worked out really well for my dance practice schedule. I have very narrow feet so they were a tiny bit wide in the toe area for my foot.

Pros
  • They're comfortable even when worn for extended periods
Cons
  • Uncomfortable to dance in for extended periods

Comfy, but big good for me

Shoes are really nice and comfortable, but unfortunately too big (my feet slide forward a little bit) even though I got the 1/2 size smaller and went by the size chart :/ The set-up of the shoes is also something I haven't seen before and no instructions came with how to set up the fastener. I bit confusing and I can't dance in the shoes. Be prepared to possibly return for a new size.

Pros
  • Anti-slip sole keeps you secure and stable during spins and turns
Cons
  • Difficult to find replacement parts

Some assembly required

I usually wear a size 8 1/2 or 9, and when I buy from the internet I usually order 9 to be safe but since these were open toed I ordered them in 8 1/2. They run about 1/2 size too small. In addition: the buckles are not actually buckles. They are more like stoppers, and there is this hook thing on the shoe (similar to a bikini top closure) that you thread the strap though and it catches on the buckle.

Pros
  • They provide a comfortable fit, so you can focus on perfecting your dance moves rather than worrying about your feet
Cons
  • Can cause unwanted pressure points on feet

Worth a spin: my feedback

I purchased these for my daughter's 8th grade semiformal in black with red. She is a 5'1, thin 00 throughout young lady whose normal shoes are size 6.5. We purchased that size with the shorter heel. She found them very comfortable to wear for 5 hours since the toe box area was wide for her and the sole is a pliable and soft material. The clasp is easy to manage, you only set the buckle to the length around your ankle then glide it into the hook clasp on the shoe.It arrived 2 weeks after ordering

Pros
  • Their durability means you'll get plenty of use out of them
Cons
  • Not suitable for high-impact dancing

Not worth it on my review.

These shoes look okay, but don’t let that fool you. I dance socially and just wanted some cheaper shoes that I could take to dance at clubs, instead of my regular class shoes so I wouldn’t mess those up. I dance maybe every Saturday, and these shoes only lasted 4 times of use before one of the quick release clasps broke off. I expected these to last maybe 6 months, as I only use them once a week/every couple of weeks and that was disappointing. If you do order, Latin ballroom shoes are supposed

Pros
  • You'll be able to dance for hours without discomfort, thanks to their ergonomic design
Cons
  • Too much heel lift

This pair of dance shoes is attractive and well-made. They feel solid when I stand with all my weight on them, but are still soft and flexible where they need to be. I have somewhat wide feet and when I first wore them, they were a little bit narrow across the ball of my foot, but after several wears the straps have stretched a bit and can be worn comfortably for a night of salsa dancing.

Pros
  • The shoes are true to size, so you won't have to deal with any sizing issues
Cons
  • Easy to scuff and damage

Bargain ballroom shoes

Lenght of shoes is OK but width a little loose. The over lapping ankle straps hold it in place so the looseness of the width is not a deterrent for good dancing. Comfortable shoes for dancing even when worn for the very 1st time.

Pros
  • I love them. They are perfect for my dance classes!
Cons
  • I am a size 6 and my foot went through the front of the dance shoe.

Sturdy enough, prepare for blisters.

For how cheap these are I really can't complain. Not the best material but sturdy enough. They rub on the inside of my heel like MAD and give me some nasty blisters (nothing a dancer isn't used to). I've yet to break them in to the point of comfort.

Pros
  • Ideal for both social dances and performances
Cons
  • Not long-lasting

Great price and stunning look

I have only had them on for a few minutes but for the price they at a nice and sturdy. They came really fast as well. I have ordered cheaper dance shoes previously from China and it has been hit and miss. One pair I still wear but they are falling apart after 3 years another started to fall apart after a few dance classes. These feel more like the three year pair. I hope so because for the price I can actually afford to buy another color or two. I am also rather impressed with how they look. My

Pros
  • You'll feel like you're walking on air thanks to their cushioned insole
Cons
  • Too narrow for some dancers

Good shoe for beginners

Great starter shoe, but a little unstable and slippery. I tried a more expensive Capezio one at the store and yes, it's smooth and slipper too but there's a huge difference. This will last me until I decide whether or not to pursue more salsa dancing classes!

Pros
  • They're flexible enough for various dance techniques and styles
Cons
  • Doesn't provide enough ankle support

Revainrating 3 out of 5

They’re…. Ok. on my review.

They fit well. Worth the price, but definitely more unstable than I predicted. My first pair of salsa shoes, and just started taking salsa classes last month. I’ve only worn them a couple of times, so I’m hoping I’ll get used to them!

Pros
  • They'll make you look taller and more graceful
Cons
  • Tight shoes can cause cramps

Great for the price! Excellent Customer Service!

I purchased this shoe in a size 6, which is the size of nearly all of my dance shoes. They sent an extra pair, which was really nice, however, both were large in the soles and the straps were so long that I needed to bore extra holes so that it would fit around my ankles. I tried them out for a couple of hours but could not get used to the extra room in the toes. After giving feedback to the seller, they automatically sent a replacement (it was a pleasant surprise) that was a half size smaller…

Pros
  • Athletic
Cons
  • Narrow toe box

I bought these shoes for wedding dance lessons. The instructor suggested heeled dance shoes to get use to dancing in them and under my dress. Anyways, I actually ended up never wearing them. I couldn't figure out the strap and then started to feel better if I just wore flats. The shoes felt a bit flimsy. so I honestly didn't feel very safe in them dancing. I went to process the return, but the label got lost in our move, and then with all the wedding stress I forgot to mail them (totally my…

Pros
  • These shoes offer superior flexibility for intricate dance moves
Cons
  • Unattractive design

Seem to run small good for me

These are the first shoes I've ordered on line that were too small. Will have to give them to someone with a smaller foot. I'd order at least a half size larger next time

Pros
  • Will match any dance costume, no matter how elaborate
Cons
  • Can be noisy while dancing

The length fit well. The straps were a little loose in the ball of the foot but I just added a pad and it was fine. Great customer service. They were prompt and helpful with all my questions

Pros
  • Provides the perfect balance between style and functionality
Cons
  • Inconvenient to put on and take off

For dance shoes, I usually order half size smaller than my other shoes. I usually wear 6 or 6.5 (mostly 6) and I ordered 5.5. It fits perfect! One thing I did not like about this shoes, their front straps are not close enough, so one of my toe comes out between two straps.

Pros
  • Made from high-quality materials, these shoes are an investment you won't regret
Cons
  • Doesn't provide enough flexibility for some dancers

Very comfortable shoes! they look really nice too

Very comfortable shoes! they look really nice too. Don't recommend them if you are going to use them very often because they wear out pretty soon. I used them for my salsa class 8 hrs a week and they were good for a couple months only. They are also a little bit narrow, but they worked out good for me because I have small feet, so if you use bigger size consider that.

Pros
  • Elastic band helps keep the shoes snug against the feet while dancing
Cons
  • Poor customer service
