Comfortable foot. Not an arch support, it's a paw. It's comfortable on the toes, fairly standard, and used everywhere. They are soft and flexible. I pretreat them and then machine wash them on the gentle cycle.

They are so tight I almost couldn't put them on and the pad that should be under the ball of my foot is actually under the crook of my toes. It's very uncomfortable. I will try to wear them more often as the instructions say it takes a few hours to break in. I will not buy again. I want them to work.

I cut out the fingers the way I want as instructed. However, the existing holes are too close together and I ended up cutting each one two different ways to determine how I should do each. One way (1 thumb hole and 1 hole for the other 4 fingers) is comfortable, but if you point your toes the pad will collapse. These took me about three months of training before the seam between the upper and lower part at the top unraveled. I plan to sew back. The rest of the rubber is holding up well.
