This sweater looks like a tie on a dance cape. Its very short reaches mid-chest. I wish it was bigger because it's soft, fluffy and warm. 9-10 was too small for my skinny 10 year old. It also barely covered her breasts and she was looking for something that would reach her waist.

The wrap-around top goes well with her swimsuit. Good and warm. It fills in well enough (and is a bit short) that it allows her to keep wearing it during dance class when her repurposed garage door warehouse studio was a bit chilly. So pretty! Excellent quality! Hopefully next winter. :)
