It's important to buy this shoe one or two LARGER than you normally wear. If you buy them your normal size they will fit but you will sweat a lot in them because there is no ventilation and they are less comfortable. They should be able to fit about a toe width behind the heel. I've been wearing them like this for years and they work great. I work as a surgeon and stand in it for hours and my feet never hurt where they used to hurt when I was wearing sneakers or dress shoes. Buy them BIG.

Original, the best. If your feet are hard to please, this is the gold standard. They're not for everyone and they have a learning curve for new users. Experience in your day, an alternative shoe to take with you when your feet need a break and a great road shoe for flying when your feet may be swollen.
