🪡 10-Inch Darice Wooden Embroidery Hoop Review

Missing parts are the only reason I give it 1 star. It came with just the outside hinge and a missing screw or whatever was holding it all together. It wasn't expensive, but it was VERY inconvenient for me to ask for a refund and send it back.

They were of rather poor quality. The wood was weak and split. I used them for screen printing in my art class as a teenager and some of them didn't have silk. I assume they work more efficiently with heavier fabric, but then there's a risk of them breaking. If I needed them to embroider I would buy a little more and not risk it.

Ordered two of them. One was missing a screw head and both were missing an inner ring. This was the cheapest hoop I could find for a non-embroidery project. Any missing pieces will not affect the outcome of my project, but I wanted the seller and future embroiderers to be aware of the imperfections. Very cheap but I feel I paid too much as I only got two rings. I'm sure I could think of other designs for the inner rings :).
