Turn Signals/Reverse Lights Not Working

I bought these and the turn signals/reverse lights are not working. When I plug them in, the dash turn signal blinks twice, but the light doesn't blink. Parking and brake lights work. And my old headlights work, so nothing on the wiring harness.
