🍕 Mini Pizzelle Maker by Dash Review

Takes a long time to heat up. Makes pizza in 4 minutes. I just wanted a few cookies, not a large quantity. Half of the basic recipe makes nine cookies. I made seven and two cannoli cookies. Next time I'll make all the cannoli cookies. Doesn't stick at all, easy to clean.

I live a keto lifestyle. This little guy comes with a gluten-free recipe that I've adapted so I have a crunchy cookie that also keeps well. They're not perfect as they cook unevenly, but I don't care. It's also not very easy to clean as the pattern is complex and sometimes one doesn't come off as cleanly as the others and you can't submerge it in water. Take an old toothbrush. Otherwise mine is used along with my other two Dash machines for (ch)waffles and pancakes.

I was blown away by this little pizza maker. My late mother used to make pizza on special holidays. Store-bought pizzas are not the same as homemade pizzas.
