The ability to create multiple survey types (ie., Likert scales vs ranking questions) is great for creating custom questionnaires that are not easily created in other software packages such as Survey Monkey! I like how easy it was to design my own questionnaire from scratch using our existing content library rather than having someone do all of this work already done by others who had used their services before us - which would have been very costly if we were going through them again ourselves

The interface is very simple to use for both customers as well as salespeople alike. It's easy enough that even my grandmother could understand it! So there are no complaints here at all. I like how fast they respond in any question you may have. They're quick but also thorough so don't hesitate reaching out if anything comes up! There isn't too much of an issue besides sometimes not receiving responses from people after sending them something via email (especially during holiday time). But…

The ability to engage users in an engaging way that encourages them not only for their answers but also because of how they're solving problems as well!
