We use many elements from this program and we like everything about it. I like how easy it was for me or my staff member with no programming knowledge at all to use this program once we set up our account correctly. I like that it can be used for any department or individual in an organization as well as other people outside your agency/department. It's easy enough for anyone with no training at all to use without having someone else do most things for them so they don't need help from their team member who may not have time right now anyway.
