I like that it can be used for any department or individual in an organization as well as other people outside your agency/department. It's easy enough for anyone with no training at all to use without having someone else do most things for them so they don't need help from their team member who may not have time right now anyway. Also, you are able to easily create multiple accounts using different email addresses if needed which makes life easier when there are more than one person working together but with separate functions (such as accounting). The only con was being limited to how many users could log into our system per day - this meant we had to limit ourselves to 30-40 logged sessions each month because otherwise we would run out of space very quickly. We were also unable to get support via phone unless paid by monthly subscription amount instead of just getting free trial access. This made it difficult since our budget allowed us to pay $100+.
