David Clark H10 30 Aviation Headset Review

There's a reason David Clarke's headsets are on the news as reporters fly over flooded areas and other aerial footage. The headphones are comfortable and very effective. The packaging could have been more secure as the shipping box wasn't even sealed with tape.

Very durable aviation headset, especially if you're looking for a starter pair. Mine was used and had a few scratches (cosmetic only) when I went to the tower to check the mic I got back a loud and clear 5 out of 5. I love to pull them out of my bag on every flight. I'm currently training for a private pilot's license. A friend recommended David Clarke so I bought it. So far they are working very well. I like the soft headphones and the noise cancellation is pretty good. They are flexible and convenient. Not too big. I would say the mic knob loosens at times, I'm sure there is a way to adjust and tighten it, but haven't figured it out yet. I've been using them for about 5 months now and they still work great.
