Suitable for dishwashing and kitchen cleaning but wears out quickly

Are you picky about sponges? I also. These Dawn sponges are great, they're shaped to clean tall glasses, and the "scratch side" won't scratch non-stick cookware. They hold up well, I had an "incident" (um) with my slow cooker and let's just say it took a lot of washing and the sponge did its job. Would I buy them in the future? Of course, if they have a competitive price. *Edit 7/23/18* If you think about it. God, the "dirty" side of these sponges wears out very quickly, even with infrequent…

Short-lived sponges

I like this sponge because the sizes are different widths at either end which is nice to have options for different crevices and corners you may hit when cleaning dishes. I like using this sponge precisely because of its non-scratching, abrasive surface, which is great for cleaning minor stovetop burns. I use this regularly, mainly for daily surface cleaning, and it holds up pretty well to around 3 weeks of use. It has started to break down on the abrasive side and while the sponge is still in…

Works well - could be better

Works as advertised. The orange side is soft and the yellow side is rougher. As with most sponges, the hardness and rough edge of the sponge will wear down and soften with use, but that's about what I expected in terms of durability. Until the two sides are separated. I like the sensitivity to water temperature. In other words, the sponge will soften in warm water but stiffen in cold water for a harder scrub. While this is a smart idea, I'm not sure it's very functional in practice. If I have a

Great detergent if it lasts longer

There are only two of us so I rarely use the dishwasher. It's easier and faster to hand wash just about anything, not just non-stick pots and pans. I use a lot of sponges and non-scratch (and scratchy) scrubbers, and Dawn's Scrubtastic Non-Scratch scrubber and sponge is a good idea. The tapered end fits jars really well and is great for cleaning the corners of my electric skillet. Powerful scrubbers efficiently cut through baked potatoes, eggs or lasagna without scratching. Scrubbers respond to

Convenient all-purpose scrubber/soap dish

This non-scratch Dawn 7170 Scrubtastic scrubber has a tough yellow side with fibers strong enough to cut through dried cheese after soaking, and an orange sponge for a soft touch . the side that foams well. There is a pointed end on one side, and a small sponge is convenient to climb into the cracks of the dishes. If you're just using a cleaning sponge, this is a pretty good compromise with two sides soldered tight. However, I'm picky about my cleaning products and prefer to keep the soft…
