I've got about 4,000 miles on this replacement belt tensioner. I installed this on a 2004 Ford 6.0 diesel with an alternator. After taking off the old one, I looked at them side by side. As far as I can tell this is the same as the OEM Ford belt tensioner. All casting marks look the same and are in the same places. Installation took about 10 minutes. I only had to remove the clamping part of the upper part of the RAD plastic.
