It's legal. I usually skateboard in buckleless vanes but I can never find suede again so I decided to try these canvas DCs as they have a rubber toe box and I'm impressed. These skates are just as good as the wagons but seem to be more durable. I've ridden them a few times and will most likely replace them with another pair.
