As a Batman fan this has been on my wish list for a while. The machine works fine. Includes mug and reusable filter. Fill your cup and add water to the machine. Put coffee in the filter basket. Plug in the machine, turn it on, and you'll have coffee in moments. The mug that was delivered was in good condition and appears to be well made. Terrible cheap machine. I bought this for my Disney kitchen but it doesn't work. I filled the included coffee mug with water to pour into the machine's reservoir. Barely brewed 1/2 cup.
