    After trying to connect this to my Android 10 phone for over an hour (read: manual, setup guide, company website and search to see how others are finding it have solved this question) I gave up and returned.

    Do not buy if using a Mac

    This product works as advertised but is not designed for Mac users. It doesn't seem possible to update the firmware from a Mac. I downloaded the Chrome browser (as required for some reason) and then downloaded D'cent's "bridge app" and ran it as needed. Then I plugged in the device, powered it on, authenticated and nothing. The device was not recognized. I then downloaded their troubleshooting guide and found that it was 100% geared towards Windows users. That's fine, but be honest: don't say…

    I highly recommend this product. Nothing like that. It offers the security you need and the confidence that your cryptocurrency is safe. Thank you for the biometric protection.     The best part is the exceptional security. First, the initialization process, which I consider a vulnerable step if you have network access, is completely disabled.     I really like my D'Cent biometric hardware wallet. I have a few other hardware wallets and this one has a lot of nice features. Firstly, it is thin and portable, easy to put in your pocket when traveling. The design is elegant and the mobile app interface works without Bluetooth.     I don't usually write many reviews but I was a bit surprised by this product so felt compelled to write this. Consider storing your own cryptocurrency. I have a Trezor Model T and I think it's a great device. I only considered the D'Cent wallet as a fallback. However, I am amazed at the safety of this device.     This is a fantastic little device with all the bells and whistles to keep your coin safe. It has a wide range of different coins that can be safely guarded and I like that it's not always online or based on pure asset software.
