🔋 Efficient Set of 2 New EFI Electric Fuel Pumps for C/CL/E/S/SL Class E8177 Review

My car sat idle for 2 years and realized it needed a fuel pump, turns out there were 2. They can be over $200 each at the auto parts store, so I decided to look elsewhere. The wagons arrived quickly and I set them up right away. The fit was perfect and installation was easy. The car starts and runs great! I survived the smog in California and am very happy on the road again.

THESE PUMPS ARE NATURALLY SUITABLE, I CHECK THAT THERE ARE NO RETURNS. A thousand dollars for new pumps. Why, because they don't fit. Whoever is listed must pay the difference. Like I'm sure it's gonna happen. It will be a long time before I place another order. Extremely disappointed.

Almost exactly the same size and shape as the Bosch pumps (one defective) replaced in my '91 300CE and comes with rubber caps and fasteners delivered. in case you drop one of the nuts by removing the old ones. They don't have the fancy blue plastic but I wrapped some tape around them where the clamps are, maybe they aren't needed but thought a little extra vibration isolation would be good. So I decided to give them a try, not Bosch as my 500 uses 2 X pumps in a row saved over $150. Worth a try and I'm writing this review 1 year later for a parts durability review. As such they are of good quality and come with check valves and fresh tips. It took me 1 hour to remove and replace the pumps (filters and battery which I highly recommend in use) and my SL performed like a CHAMP. Significantly better recording/acceleration.
