Pet Supplies are my go-to for dog training, but this product fell short. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I found this tug toy too thin for a medium-sized dog. While it's advertised as a training aid, the poor quality and lack of durability made it frustrating for both me and my pet. Save your money and invest in a sturdier option.

The picture shows the tug with a handle but the product description is correct, it has handles on each side. There is no padding or anything in the middle, it's just a piece of jute folded and sewn together so it's very thin. It's a decent product, but not worth the price compared to similar products from Ray Allen and other manufacturers.
