I had similar entrance mats (can't remember the brand) for an enclosed porch for years and decided to replace them. Purchased carpets for 3 doors that are on the porch. The quality of the carpets is very good, they have stood for 3-4 weeks. Bought brown, the color of the carpet is a little darker than shown as an example on the web, but is not a deal breaker. The mat itself has a good pile and absorbs well; Cat hair comes off like anything else on the carpet. The fleece of decals is comfortable

I wouldn't normally go for navy blue, but I got a ridiculously good deal on a 4x6 ($23) and I needed a new entry mat, so I jumped on it . This is exactly what I wanted - a liner with a top soft enough for my 8 month old to crawl on but strong enough to catch the rubbish brought in by the other 7 children and the dog. And without the deep grooves that make vacuuming impossible! It slips a little, but only when the 55# dog gets angry and throws up on it. I can glue it in the corners if this keeps
