Looks used

Are they used? That's half the usual amount for this brand of color powder. I posted a photo comparing turquoise and burgundy to show the big difference. Just under half container.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • So far so good

Not burgundy

Second time I bought this color assumed it didn't come out burgundy the first time, maybe I screwed up. But the second time it turned dark purple again, just like the first time. No burgundy at all.

Pros
  • Consistent results when tested
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Don't forget to order soda! otherwise perfect

It worked great. I did quite a bit of research to make sure this type of dye would work on the fabric I was going to dye and followed the directions to the minute. The result was perfect! That's exactly what I wanted. The only minor annoyance was that I didn't realize I had to buy the soda separately so once I had the color I had to place another order for soda which made the whole project a bit more expensive than I expected. but overall worth it. Good advice: order soda at the same time!

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • New competitors have arrived
