We received this fan in a box that appeared to have been repackaged. It was an indication of what was about to happen. The fan ran for 5 seconds then stopped, never to start again! Sent back as defective. So disappointed because it was beautiful. ☹️

I've just received this beautiful fan/lamp and I'm so happy with it. Looks so pretty, had to use flash when taking the picture and you can't tell how pretty it is. The fan is very durable, well made and definitely pushes out a lot of air. The price on Revain is better than other online sellers, so it's a great buy in every way 👍Thank you Revain!

Recently my house has been renovated and painted a lot and this fan is perfect for me. The first one I got had a weird motor issue where the first two speeds wouldn't work properly and the fan got hot. I immediately sent it back and got a new one and everything is fine! Overall it's really well made, I'm sure the problem when I had it was more of an anomaly.

I was so happy with this fan when it arrived that I decided to buy another one for another room in my house. I just love the combination of light and fan. I've never seen anything like this in stores. However, all other styles are currently sold out. It was excellent value for money and I really hope the company stocks other styles again soon.

I received one of those nice fans and found that the fan motor doesn't work. The seller sent a replacement and the fan motor either runs intermittently or doesn't work at all. Interestingly, this motor is a fire hazard, so I only use it as decoration and do not use a fan. They seem to have quality issues so I wouldn't recommend them at all. Edit: I just added a video to show the uneven speed on low settings.

I gave it a 2 just because it's so beautiful and I had high hopes for it. It arrived broken and I am sending it back but will not be ordering another one because it is VERY HARD to assemble and almost impossible to replace the bulb inside. You will need to remove the fan assembly to replace the lightbulb as it is located at the base of the fan head and not the base of the stand. Just a crazy way to do it! But it's so beautiful. I am really disappointed.

I wanted to do that much earlier this year. Fan motor is stuck after a year of use. If you're willing to shell out $130 for the paper weight, this is a good choice. The power button stopped working after toggling 10 times - it stopped clicking and felt bare! You may also see the light flashing, which indicates a short in the wiring or switch. The quality of this product leaves a lot to be desired. Was a Christmas present for my wife. Very disappointed.

The fan I received a week ago was definitely someone else - no packaging material, fan blades bent/broken, socket not working (bulb was ok - something not so with the wiring) and the fan motor was making a very loud hum.
