I love this little guy! This is perfect for my back door which is elevated because there is a step to the porch. It's big enough and heavy enough to hold the door open even in high winds, yet light enough to be easy to handle.

I like the doorstops, they are cute. I ordered 2 and they need to be "assembled" by screwing the base onto the dog. The first collected without problems; the second not. After requesting a replacement, the new one arrived within a day or two and was quickly assembled. It should also be noted that the rubber on the base plate is not well bonded and is already peeling off.

Oh my god this cute guy does his job. I have a front wooden gate that you must open to get to my front door. Whenever I get a package from Amazon I use this doorstop to hold the gate open because it's windy here and the damn gate won't stay open. That keeps my gate open even with the strong wind that blows here. It works and looks great! I would buy it again!

We have a hinged glass door that weighs 110 pounds so we needed a heavy duty hold. We had to add some height at the bottom with black plastic spacers to accommodate our door, but it's barely noticeable. Much prettier than her sales photos would suggest, Lulu is proving to be a very reliable doorstop. She looks very cute on the floor when not in use. If it can hold a heavy swing door, it can hold anything you can throw at it.

It's heavy enough to hold our doors open on a windy day, and most importantly I needed a doorstop that was over 5 inches tall as there's a lot of space between the bottom of the door and the floor. that when our little dog walks by it thinks it's a real dog and sniffs it.

Cannot be used on wooden floors. I wish the seller had made it clear that it cannot be used on wooden floors. It would save me time (hours). Buyers be careful, do not buy this item if you have wooden floors. They say they have various parts with rubber underneath but I haven't seen it myself, you can search or ask them. They also say that you can buy felt and put it on yourself (but I don't know if that even works, maybe rubber will help, I don't know, I'm returning it). That's why I gave it 2…
