I bought it as a gift but I managed to see it. It is an antique lantern made of dark bronze and beautiful amber glass. Kind of etched glass. in any case, it's a foot tall, including a hanging ring at the top. looks great almost anywhere in your home or on your patio. I highly recommend.

I love the dark red colour, the vintage details and the size. I added garlands to my pair to use as Christmas ornaments on the mantel. In the photos, the lanterns look orange-red due to the light. When the lights are off they are dark red. Very happy with my purchase!

They are so beautiful! I recommend them. We have them hanging on our pavilion. At night we lie in a hammock under a gazebo with candles from mosquitoes in holders. They are very sweet. Tall candles without containers work well. I lined the holder with foil to collect the wax. Candles are big so they last longer. I recommend this product.

Looks great but is very cheaply made. A glass fell out when it arrived, but it was easy to put back in. The pegs on which the lantern rests are uneven, causing it to sway wildly. The door is very thin; the clasp doesn't hold well. In any case, none of these imperfections affect the look of the lantern, so I'm very happy with how it looks in my home.

Too expensive for such a cheap thing. The support legs are different lengths so when you rotate it it wobbles, although you rotate it it always looks like the one leg you see from the front isn't touching the surface of what it's sitting on. The door lock doesn't work either, so the door has to be turned back. I have several of these lights in my massage parlors and waiting area and love the look and shine of them. I just wish this one was a better quality

These ornate lanterns look great. I used electric candles in them and they gave off a beautiful light! Because of the filigree tip, the candles got wet on the street. I don't know if that would be too problematic with a real candle? After my candles dried, they still worked. Construction wise about what you would expect for the price. I have a small issue with one of the bars, but nothing that bothers me too much. Even my husband commented on how cute the lanterns are! I may have to buy more!

I bought this because I love lighting scented candles while working from home but my cats keep jumping on my desk and almost lighting themselves. This lantern protects them from flames and looks great. It also doesn't keep out the scent of candles in the room, and when I light candles with wooden wicks I still hear a crackle. It looks beautiful and pairs well with tealight sized candles and large 8 or 10 ounce candles. I have soot on my headlight but it wipes off easily. I highly recommend this
