Ordering shoes online for the first time. I was worried that they might not fit and have problems with returns, but since I used a coupon to lower the price there was a very good chance I wouldn't be able to return the shoes or I would have to pay full price , when i come back you. Shoes received and well packaged. I put them on for the first time but they are a bit tight. But that's to be expected because when you wear them, they stretch well and conform to your feet. I really liked these shoes - they look good, fit well, are comfortable. But the soles are torn at the bottom, right along the crease where the toes bend. It happens slowly, but it only takes a month or two to wear them. You will notice this if you ever step on a wet pavement. I contacted customer service and they kindly (and quickly) replaced my shoes. But the same thing happened with the spare pair. It's a shame, but I can't recommend them.

Bought for a wedding and worn new ones, they didn't break. They were very comfortable straight away, very minor "new shoe" issues. The shoe bed is only lightly padded [as listed] and that would be my only minor negative. Because I use gel products from Dr. Scholl usually buy in a shoe box, maybe that's just my personal taste. Overall I love them, especially for $$$$$$$.

This is a decent looking pair of loafers. They fit perfectly, I'm a size 12. They are very comfortable. The sizing and comfort is better than some of the loafers I've had twice the price. I would like to buy another pair.

I bought these shoes in 11.5 width. The ankle was free so I went back and ordered a similar pair at 11 weeks. I'm hoping for a winner this time. The shoes are good and I couldn't get the original pair in 11w. However, I have ordered another pair of reindeer, similar to the original order.
