It fit as expected and I got my son's true size. This is a great sweatshirt for fall. It washes great and doesn't hold lint or dog hair which is an issue for us as we have 2 dogs.

I have a 9 year old. It was too little. He then turned to my niece who is 5 years old. The size is not big, it is made for little kids. That's a really good sweatshirt. It's thick and soft. Very handy for my niece. She likes the softness inside. Overall a good sweatshirt but the size did not fit.

Be sure to wash it yourself, it bleeds profusely and still my son's skin turned orange, plus it fits well and he said it was comfortable.

Finally they were vaccinated and the granddaughter finally came to visit. She was the center of attention and warm as we walked the block. She was puffed up with pride in her new sweatshirt. High quality, soft and warm. Adorable, functional sweatshirt. Highly recommended.

Bought 6/7 and fits perfectly. My kid is very picky about materials and they said it was very comfortable. This is not a bulky sweater so you may need to wear 1-2 layers underneath if using it for warmth or it can be worn under a jacket for warmth. But I bought it more because of the color. That's a good yellow.
