I normally wear VS bra's but needed a strapless in a pinch before vaca. Normally in VS I wear 36D (and sometimes 36DD in strapless). I ordered both originally and couldn't even get it clasped in the back. The 36 is NOT a 36 and has very little stretch. Love this bra! If you are wearing it for an event I would suggest wearing it for a few days first to get used to it. It is super tight at first but it does loosen, and I don't mean it looses it's fit, just that it doesn't feel like it will split you in half.
