Would love to but am disappointed that there is a HUGE scratch on the front from end to end alongside various minor scratches. I guess I could just buy a giant sticker to cover it up. I just wish it looked new. Otherwise it works as expected.

After 2 years of using a Chromebook the Dell 11-3180 has met and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this to others.

Immediately ready for use. It had nothing but a charger and cord, but that's to be expected after the refurbishment. Chromebooks are pretty basic, but this Dell works great and doesn't look like a refurbished model. On the downside, the speakers are a bit tinny, but that's to be expected at this price point and not a problem for me. Overall it looks like a hard and light solution for my intended use of web surfing and email while traveling.

My updated Chromebook arrived tonight. For some reason it didn't accept my password, although I'm pretty sure it was correct. I did a hard reset but my password still wasn't accepted.
