I needed a basic monitor to see second screens for work etc. It looks decent when streaming content, Hulu, YouTube, etc. For the price I would buy it again. Nothing fancy, just works. Connected 15 minutes out of the box.

To be honest, I was surprised by Dell's build quality, which I've struggled with in the past. 23 inches might not sound like much either, but for those of you who are used to office desktops it should be enough. I play a lot on my computer and this is enough for it to be my main monitor and give me great performance. The screen is also tiltable and feels quite flexible. Whether you're looking for a budget work monitor or a monitor for general 1080p gaming, this is the monitor for you.

One of the two monitors I got had a bloody red bar down the middle of the screen, but it still works for me (almost imperceptibly).

I bought this for my 80 year old Uncle Dan, I think he would have stared at his tiny CRT monitor for the rest of his life as long as he had <g> on. We installed Fedora 25 on his old computer that he bought from Revain. A few years ago he used the Gnome Tweak Tool to make his fonts and mouse pointer big enough for him to see. The monitor works great!

The monitors are great but one of them has a color issue and no matter how many times I adjust the color it reverts to PINK. The other is fine. What can I do?

When I bought this monitor I didn't know that it only has VGA and DisplayPort but no HTML port. My laptop only has HTML and Mini DisplayPort. I was able to solve this problem by purchasing a Mini DP to VGA Adapter, Rankie Gold Plated Mini DisplayPort (Thunderbolt Compatible) to VGA Male to Female (Black) on R1132. I called Dell tech support but they didn't help. I was told to call Revane.

Lightweight, great picture, good button placement, good features, good stand with easy setup. I wish they came with displayport cables. They are packed with VGA. Monitors do not have DVI or HDMI. They're thin, easy to move around, and the back panel is convenient for placing cables.

The monitor doesn't have an HDMI input, which might be an issue for some. My (homemade) computers have VGA inputs and I also have HDMI to VGA converters, so that's not a problem for me. I really like this monitor.

First, please note that this review is for the 24-inch version only. Bought it direct from Revain last week for less than $100. Really good monitor, very light maybe 8lbs, perfect for a triple monitor mount as they don't overweight the stand making it unbalanced. I use this with my AMD card via a display port cable and it powers my hub - the main display for my Eyefinity setup. The monitor works great and the colors are great. works perfectly! I bought this as a second monitor and wanted it to match the one I have, it's the same monitor but an older model. My only criticism is not the monitor but Revain's stock offerings. My purchase arrived without a stand. According to the description, nothing was missing, but there was no base in the kit.

I needed a monitor to connect to my laptop. When purchasing this item, I thought I could plug it right in. After receiving the monitor, I realized my mistake as it has a VGA input. I went to Best Buy to buy an adapter and was told the adapters didn't work. Great monitor, just wish it was adjustable. I'm a bit small so thought it would be big enough but I had to put it on a small box to pick it up. Otherwise an excellent product.

I just plugged it in and after an hour of use this monitor will do what I need it to do. This isn't my primary monitor and if you compare the two side by side you can see that this one costs less than $100. Colors aren't as vibrant on the main screen as we'd like. But for the price, I'm happy with the display. Buy your own VGA cable if you don't have one.

The monitor works great for the price, but every time you try to move it the stand falls apart. There is no way to lock it. That's my review.

I bought this monitor in January 2017 because I needed a second monitor to be more productive while working from home. I didn't want to spend a lot of money so I went with this monitor. If I used it as my main monitor I would be very disappointed. The color is terrible! The monitor stopped working about 3 months after purchase. The only reason I'm giving it a three is because I called Dell and they replaced the monitor with no problem. Not the best monitor but good enough for my work.

I used to have an 18 inch monitor. The larger width takes some getting used to. I use this computer primarily for genealogy and writing. Less for surfing where I use my Kindle Fire.

Great value here. Remember you are getting a cheap monitor. I hung mine on a Vesa stand. No problem. Image quality is decent. Cons: No Displayport or HDMI, only VGA.

I am a teacher, I teach remotely. I needed a second screen to virtually control my class. Great buy at a great price. Couldn't be happier.

Need a second monitor to work from home during this new normal. The price is right, easy assembly, perfect height with risers to be ergonomically correct.

Does NOT come with a DisplayPort cable. If you buy this monitor for the DisplayPort connection, you need to purchase a DP cable separately. The description conveniently never says what's included, and product reactions seem to indicate that people got a DP cable with the monitor. For me it wasn't, now I have to spend an extra $40 to buy the cables needed to connect the monitors I bought.
